Ammended from my earlier 1 star review. Management and mechanic remedied the issue. There was some miscommunication, partly on my end, Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Highly satisfied.
Purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram a few days ago. Truck would not start the very next day. Had battery tested and it was no good. Spent nearly $200 on a battery for a truck I just dropped nearly 15k on. There is no way they couldn't have known it was bad. Emailed a receipt and left message. No one will respond to either. Phone goes straight to voicemail.
