Dr. Zelanek and Team are top notch. Communication is excellent. Everyone involved takes the extra mile . I have seen other MD’s in the practice and had the same experience. I have been a patient for several years. The Extended care clinic provides continuity of care. Thank for all of your hard work in providing care for patients and families !
As a Richmond native, I attended my first appointment here with my mom in the early 2000s—over 2 decades ago. Since then, I’ve had the unique & unenviable first-hand experience of watching the quality of care erode from a fine level to its current state: dangerous, inefficient, & incompetent. If I could give a zero, I would. I would not trust my healthcare to this facility. I went in today with some rather serious concerns and symptoms. When I tried handing my list of symptoms to Ms (Dr.) Goldman she refused to take it. She said she wasn't there to discuss old issues. I tried explaining that I think I have been misdiagnosed for 20+ years and my symptoms are getting worse and quite scary. She was very dismissive. Unprofessional. I have been going to this practice for the last couple of years. The NP is NEVER on time, even if you get the first appointment of the day, constantly behind and late by 30+ minutes. Not all, but majority of the office staff, very unprofessional carrying out loud personal conversations behind the receptionist desk. Noone wants to hear about scheduling issues or who is taking a half day and then 2 days off.
