We have (2)100# tanks for our dryer usage. Mid week tanks are empty. Called for refill and were so pleased to have it delivered on Friday. The driver (Wendy) was amazing. She gave me great tips for checking the tanks. Thank you Wendy. You’re the best.
They get one star because they do deliver quickly. But the customer service is horrible. Part of the situation is our fault. The lack of information caused me to misinterpret the information I was given. Because I was late paying for a fill our account was put on “cash on delivery”. No problem our fault. But they didn’t tell us until I inquired about how much it would be to fill in November. This was through email I asked if I could prepay online then call for delivery and she said that’s fine. Called to get the propane tanks filled. Asked them to give us a bit of notice when they would be here. 2 weeks went by and got a call from the driver he was at the house. Told him sorry we were at work. Another few weeks go by and I took the day off to do some things around here. A driver shows up and gives me attitude because my wife has the checkbook with her at work. Then Susan from the office cussed her out because it's "illegal to run out". We told them to get their tanks off our property. I will probably just buy my ow... read more
