Ive been with the doctor a few years now and can't do it anymore.i feel very unheard and that they do not care about there patients. This winter they were closed for many months due to non payment of lease and have closed down many times for longer than a week. The receptionist is rude and very unlikeable. I had a DISGUSTING experience with Gibbons Medical Clinic yesterday. I called a few weeks ago to make an appointment to see Dr. Oyama. I've seen him before and he was a amazing! I called and made the appointment( I just needed some lab work done and such). I got a call from the clinic on Wednesday and was told the receptionist quit so Oyama wasn't taking patients in person at this time and my appointment would now be a phone consult.
