My love one had this hospice. I wouldn't recommend. There was no communication. Sometimes everything was done over the phone rather than to actually coming to see the patient physically. The staff seemed very unprofessional. Only 2 nurses actually did their job. Within 2 or 3 weeks that we had this agency we had to ask a change of nurse a few times.
This is not a company I would want to be associated with. They will tell you what you want to hear. They will overpromise and under deliver. Beware. Not all Hospice companies are made equally I have seen the good the bad and the ugly. I guarantee you this is the ugly.
Klarus Hospice… Is one great team everyone was involved during the time our family needed someone to be there. Their team was very professional and experience. When we had question klarus team had answers.I’m so glad with their help and knowledge is was a smooth process. It was very hard losing our mother. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the Klarus Team.
Don't expect Any type of Medical Care. A nurse will stop by your home (within 30-45 minutes of your appointment timeb on Many occasions) to check blood pressure and heart beats per minute and charge Medicare OVER $5000 Per MONTH‼️‼️‼️ I'll take my Hospice Care elsewhere. They Don't Care about Any other diseases or problems and will whip you up a new one for Any medicines you take Anytime for other diseases. Bipolar? They don't care and Will hurt you for it!
