Rachel was incredibly rude. Cutting your clients off mid conversation is not the way to keep people coming back. (They have been fairly rude to me on a few occasions) Other than that, they require you to sign an ABN form that is incredibly one sided. They know the form is incorrect (they even explain in-house, how they don't feel it's fair/accurate) yet they refuse to do anything about it/fix it so that it's accurate.
I had an incredibly positive experience with Klarisana and truly can’t say enough good things about the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel safe, supported, and respected. The team is compassionate, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they do. Please check out Khrysalis. They are much better, kinder, much more availability and the staff there are phenomenal! This place is a joke, their providers have TERRIBLE energy, every time I’ve been there I feel uncomfortable by their hostility, and attitude. They don’t walk you though anything, and my first treatment they did not even get my consent to give me my second shot, even though I was far beyond disassociated. Update 3/13/26. I ended up giving it another chance and it just isn't the same anymore. The scheduling is difficult, almost beyond reason. It feels like once you aren't using multiple services from them, you become more of a bother to them than anything else. There's still some good people here, and the founder has always been kind, but its harder and harder to want to keep coming here. Update: 1/26/26. The service offered here isn't a permanent solution to mental health issues. It masks them, and it does so very well, for a while. When it stops working, it stops altogether and honestly? I think I'm worse now than I was when I started. There are good people here, but they struggle to keep them.
