I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. The staff are clearly well trained in compassionate PAT care. Everyone from schedulers, to front desk attendants to medics and PNPRs are wonderful and passionate about providing a supportive experience. Ketamine is Amazing, Klarisana is OK, until they're not, the providers make the difference here...but truthfully, don't let them in on your real struggles...(housing, family, etc,) cause then they'll act like they care, then just ghost you when stuff gets too real. They get 2 stars instead of 1 , bc I liked the doctor.
Waited 20 minutes to get my therapy session started. So my appointment was at 9:15, I came in 5 minutes late at 9:20, then my session wasn't started until 9:45. I didnt leave until 11:15, and this was not because I wanted to stay that long. After I made a complaint about not getting my second shot during my sessions with 'Brie' @ the Denver location, I've been getting calculated special treatment. Below was my first review that was much higher but over the past 2 years, as others have commented, has resulted from poor handling of insurance, not providing medical records (even through the portal) but above all else- never been called back from my 10+ inquiries, despite being guaranteed I would from billing, including from the Thornton practice manager Victoria.
