My primary care doctor referred me here. Assigned to “Sqaq” They called ME to set up an appointment. They ran my insurance and when I asked about copayment they said that my copayment was zero dollars, I was pretty surprised. I called my insurance and they said no you have a copayment with them. You need to call them back. I called eight times and left four messages. I also use the patient portal and tried to talk to my doctor and she never replied. Dr Tyishia Is awesome. Made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into her office. Great vibe. Made me feel very confortable. She explained everything in great detail.
Staff is super friendly and always helpful. They take the time to learn all clients that come to the facility. To me this is important because you are not just another face that walks through the door. You are someone who needs assistance and they provide it with grace and professionalism. I appreciate the team that they have and will continue to visit this location.
I had my first psychiatrist appointment here today and let me say : this place is inviting from the moment you walk in. I have had varying experiences receiving mental health help in the past , and this was by far one of the most accepting places I have sought treatment . The ladies in reception are super helpful, and understanding even if things get a little convoluted at times. 10/10 recommend , especially Dr. Shaq Singh!
