I saw NP Bernadette Horton and her male colleague in training one time for an evaluation following the most stressful and turbulent period of my life. Within 40 minutes of me sitting down with her she made two diagnoses that have never been on my chart. I highly recommend Bernadette Horton and the team at Klarien Mental Wellness. I have been seeing Bernadette for about three years, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. What sets her apart is that she genuinely listens. Beyond the standard questions that providers need to ask, she takes the time to understand how I'm feeling and what I need. Happy with the provider during the visit. Not happy that I can not get my child's medicine. They will only fax prior authorization, not call. Even when a child is now out of their medication. I called and inquired on the status and as I am writing this review I have been on hold for 17 minutes to speak with the office manager.
I’ve had such a great experience with Klarien Mental Wellness. Cass is truly amazing and genuinely cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond to really get to know you as a person and helps you work through family life, parenting, personal balance, and everyday challenges.
