Nurse Practitioner Tye was wonderful—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Jackie at the front desk was also amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this office.
My primary care doctor referred me here. Assigned to “Sqaq” They called ME to set up an appointment. They ran my insurance and when I asked about copayment they said that my copayment was zero dollars, I was pretty surprised. I called my insurance and they said no you have a copayment with them. You need to call them back. I called eight times and left four messages. I also use the patient portal and tried to talk to my doctor and she never replied.
