If I could give this facility a 0 I would. After going through a succession of calls, my grandson went in and participated in an evaluation - we'd hear from them in a week or two. Never heard back. So called them. They looked him up and under Notes there was nothing. Nothing! No notes from his visit. As if he never had been there. AND NO ONE EVER FOLLOWED UP AFTER THAT. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER WE CALLED FOR AN UPDATE. They were going to contact the evaluator and get back with us about the status and never heard bac... read more

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would this place is a joke. Called twice to confirm that if we did the walk in that the kids would see a counselor that day and was told twice that they would. Get there and the front desk lady was a total a** she was rude gave wrong information and when I double checked that they would see a counselor after the intake she changed her story and said no it would take a couple weeks. So I informed her that the people taking calls gave wrong information and that maybe they need to be updated... read more
Im thankful that I go here, (I still go) this is where I can actually say something with out scared the only time they tell your parents is when is really bad. I’m happy that I go here to talk.
The staff here was so nice, welcoming, and very hell helpful at a time when I needed it the most. Very thankful for the people here.
