I couldn’t have been more pleased by the experience of my first visit to Serene Dental.. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Thanks to Emily my teeth feel cleaner than they have in a long time. She was professional while being gentle and thorough and completely pleasant. From the moment I walked into Serene Dentistry, I felt genuinely cared for. The level of attention to detail in both customer service and the dental work itself is unmatched. I initially came in unaware that my current insurance plan was honestly terrible. Lori took the time to walk me through better options, helped guide me toward a new insurance plan that they conveniently accept, and made the entire process so much less stressful. Dr. Efner and her team, including Mika and Evelyn, are just incredible! I have had several white spots on my teeth, most notably two large ones on my front teeth, since I was a child due to overuse of fluoride. I’ve tried whitening over the years to blend the spots, but that never did the trick. Dr. Efner knew the solution and talked me through the process of Icon resin infiltration, then performed the procedure perfectly - it completely hid the white spots and gave me a new and improved smile. Throughout my childhood and adolescence I always felt extremely uncomfortable at the dentist, so when I turned 18 I decided not to go anymore. That only lasted a few years, since I realized that since I was able to get dental care, I needed to do it to take care of my health. Extremely professional. Gave a lot of time to explain things in detail, which shows she really cares. She seems to know how patients think, and she seems to instinctively answer those questions, before we have to ask. Thus, she seems to have sincere and very high integrity, which helped me feel safer than I usually feel in a dentists office. The entire office staff seems to share these qualities, and seem very much in tune with the doctor.
