Treatment was okay. Finances, however need help. We paid for my son’s treatment up front and were assured that once the insurance paid in full that we’d receive that portion back. The insurance paid in full back in November 2019. We’ve asked several times about the refund and have been told a number of stories from “The insurance company hasn’t paid everything yet” (this was told to us after we had already been told by the office staff that the payments had been completed), to “the check’s in the mail.” Most of the time ... read more
