I took my son here to get a consult for braces and the experience was so wonderful. The team was kind, friendly and very informative. The doctor took the time to explain everything to my son and made him feel so comfortable. We decided to move forward with treatment! Looking forward to a wonderful experience.
Dr Jennifer Hadra and Shawn were great! The office is very nice and clean and the staff all smile! I had a wonderful first appointment experience! Madison was also great!!! She made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy before I left <3
Had an appointment with Dr Patrick and assistant Madisyn for installation of braces for my 13yr old son. Process was explained every step of the way to make him feel comfortable - braces were fitted with no issues and Madisyn was great. Overall great experience.
We had an afternoon appointment. We are never late and never miss appointments. My daughter forgot she had an appointment and rode the bus home and the bus was late. We live in NC and it was a half day of school. I had to take time off from work. We called the office to communicate that we were on our way and we hoped to be on time. We were told if we were more than 10 minutes late they would cancel our appointment and reschedule us on a different day.
