Very disappointing experience at Klar Vision in Griffintown. The person I dealt with had a very negative energy and an unprofessional demeanor. He was argumentative, dismissive, and seemed unwilling to truly listen or help. I felt rushed, unwelcome, and honestly surprised by the way I was treated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
I had such a smooth and professional eye exam. They explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable. Really happy with Klar Vision Griffintown!
Best place ever! I've been wearing glasses for decades now, I must say, this is the best service I have received!
They were so kind to fix my eyeglasses when the screw came undone...for no charge! It was an emergency and they did it in a few minutes. Very grateful. Also nice showroom and product offerings to see.
