More 5* reviews popped up here after me and my roommate's review than Klamen has had in the past few months. If that's not shady I don't know what shade is. Started renting a house in November from these guys. Chad was super nice at first, but was a complete flip as soon as we were locked in. The attached photo is a RUSTED pipe I found when I first moved in. I told them to fix it. They covered it with a mound of dirt and hammered the sharp edges. Renter's Avoid! (After leave this review, the company decided to either pay others or have bots leave 5 star reviews. They instantly got 10 5 stars when hey normally only get 3 or 4 every few months. This is obviously deceptive) SHADY AND DECEPTIVE Unfortunately as a renter I've had an extremely poor experience so far with Klamen Real Estate and their MY10management partner.
