Two days talking to management about covid safe care for immune compromised patient. Sweet and helpful, full assurances of all we needed for safety. On arrival, covey of unmasked snotty, eye-rolling, smirking, nasty desk staff demanded filling-out entire new medical history because “they didn’t understand our medical condition”.
