Sookhlall, DDS is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, arrogant. He refused to listen to reasoning for reasonable accommodations of which I requested due to trauma and PTSD. I'm that person who reflexes so fast that I'm a danger to not only myself but others when I am triggered. He actually argued with me instead of listening.
Klamath Open Doors Dental is a wonderful dentist office. All of the staff that I encountered were polite, patient, and informative. The care is excellent! There is an on sight pharmacy which was very convenient. I am so happy that I found Klamath Open Doors!
I would not recommend. When my dentist retired, I had to find someone quickly. I have issues and I need to continue with a treatment plan. The dentist didn't even introduce herself, didn't even ask me what was going on with my gums and teeth, nothing! She rushed in, looked in my mouth and her response was pure rude and negative. It took her less then a minute. I also had a broken tooth lets just say it's not fixed, I can tell you that. Her negativity and rudeness was not worth it.
