I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I had to on this one. Something has to change with this company.
Since they switched from Klamath Insurance to being Highstreet, it’s gone downhill consistently and significantly. It takes weeks of repeated phone calls at all hours of the day to get a live person on the phone, then they aren’t in the department, so you get sent to voicemail for someone in the right department. A few days later you repeat the process because they don’t return your calls after several voicemails. It takes SEVERAL WEEKS if not MONTHS to get a call back on any existing policy with them.
