Dirty apartments. Lack proper maintenance. I’ve seen a self-defense dummy out in the BBQ area and random towels hanging in the kids playground. So disgusting. Very unsanitary. There was a large water hose thrown in the bushes on the side of one building and mattresses that appeared to have been sitting out for months. Santa Clara turning into the hood.
Excelente place, super clean and the maintenance supervisor did a great job!
