Ignore the big sign that says this guy deals with guns. I went in asking if he could send a gun out for a warranty repair, and ended up hearing a diatribe about how he's one of the biggest Hi-Point representatives (somewhere?) Long story short, this guy told me his reputation would be at stake for sending in a gun for manufacturer warranty on a mistake that I made, which REALLY tells me he has absolutely no clue what he's talking about. I called because I was wanting to start a project that needed a piece of land and as soon as I called and they answered they were extremely rude and just hung up on me. Would not recommend working with these people.
Dude answered the phone “what do you want” in a bad attitude and terrible costumer service treatment, immediately said we only sell commercial and Then hung up when I said I’m sorry
Just called this guy because a site peaked my interest about buying land in Oregon so of course I just had some questions, probably would’ve bought land through him if he’d been helpful but he basically hung up on me!!! He said I’m not gonna give you any advice. Wow this was a real peace of work, extremely disgusting manners!!
