Able and his crew were amazing! Able took pictures and explained everything I needed done. He really cares that everything is done right. Katie, in the office was very helpful in arranging start date and answering any questions i had. Manuel & Martin removed the old roof, and laid the new roof. They were friendly, professional, and hard working. They did an awesome job and cleaned everything up afterwards. Jairo picked up the remaining materials, is so friendly and is always smiling. I recently had my roof replaced by Klam Construction and couldn't be happier. My neighbor had their roof replaced a couple of years ago and was able to see the crew at work and the care they took with protecting my yard during their roof replacement. Then another friend of mine used them and was very happy with their work. I hired them without hesitation and without getting other bids. We had a great experience with Klam construction. Abel provided an extremely thorough estimate and took nearly two hours with me detailing what he found and potential fixes. The bid was extremely thorough. Communication was very smooth and I received a lot of pictures throughout the process. The workers were very professional and kept the house clear during and after the work completed - many of my neighbors complemented me on this and how quickly and efficiently the work was completed. I highly recommend Klam construction!

After getting estimates from 6 other companies, we decided to go with Abel and his team at Klam Construction. He had the most thorough proposal, explained everything and even provided a color-coded drawing so we could see what materials were going where - and why. The crew showed up on time, prepped the work area well, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up well each evening. Jairo and Katie were great at communicating with us as needed during the project too. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends!
