For me it all started with a simple check with BBB and CCB and when I found no complaints and no claims I called them up for my first of 3 bids for a complete tear off replacement roof for my house. Able, the owner, came by on a Saturday and spent 2 -1/2 hours with us explaining exactly what he was going to do and why and also checked 3 diff. attic crawl spaces wanting to see how our insulation was installed to better understand how to quote us. Klam replaced a neighbor’s roof a few months ago so they were one of the roofing companies we contacted for a proposal. Abel and Jairo from Klam were the only ones who looked in our attic space and discussed ventilation with us. The Klam bid was inline with other bids that did not include adding any ventilation.
