Klam Construction performed a roof replacement at our primary residence. The proposal was delivered within two days and was very detailed. Jairo pointed out things that needed to be repaired with the attic ventilation system and the bathroom fan(s) exhaust to meet current code. The crew that performed the work were very professional and did an awesome job. They were all polite and courteous.
