Very pleased with the care my dog Mojave got during his recent bone eating escapade. They took excellent care of him and listened to what I had to say. Dr. Bourgeois and Dr.Likes were amazing throughout the two day ordeal and the whole staff was very friendly. Prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

I love Klaich and bring all my dogs to them whenever possible. My only problem that I find with being an established client is when there is an emergency with my animal and I'm not able to pay at that moment they refuse to see them unless I can come up with the cash. I understand that they run a business but I have always paid upfront and would appreciate some trust. The same trust that I put into their care is the same trust I expect when I need to make a payment plan.
We couldn't be more disappointed in Klaich Animal Hospital Ltd. They just don't care for anything but money. Though money is how a business is run they seem to have lost their soul in the process. On 09/20/2014 we went to go feed our 3 1/2 month old puppy and found that she had a broken leg. We rushed her to the closest Emergency Animal Hospital and they x-rayed and wrapped the leg and advised us to go to Klaich Animal Hospital Ltd.
