Outstanding service. Took care of all my needs in an emergency situation. Very clear on what needed to be done and why. The price was quite reasonable. Wonderful experience.
I arrived at the shop and the administrator kindly called the staff, but no one came. After a second call and waiting 5–10 minutes, I walked to the main gate. One technician was working, while another was casually chatting and ignored the call. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the busy technician at least acknowledged me and politely explained they couldn't help that day. Still, it was disappointing service.
Mike was very kind and helpful. They offered me the best solution and gave me honest advice, not focusing on making a profit for themselves. Reliable and know what they’re talking about.
This team deserves a great review.
