I had a very disappointing experience at this dry cleaner. I brought in 5 formal shirts for cleaning, but when I reviewed the receipt, I noticed that 4 were listed as regular cleaning and 1 as dry cleaning—at nearly three times the cost. The shirt in question did not require dry cleaning, so I politely asked them to return that one item. To my surprise, instead of simply adjusting the order, they returned all of my shirts and refused to take any of them for cleaning.
