I had a horrible experience. I called to make an appt for my pet to get his vaccines. But they're refusing to do so unless he gets a wellness visit. Which is another 100 on top of the the vaccines. My dog had IVDD and had 16k surgery. Has been seen by multiple vets and appts. I only wanted to get him update to date with vaccines and they refused without a 100 wellness appt. They only care about money and not the pets.
Took my dog here twice, both visits were under 30 mins combined and we paid roughly $750 for them to really do nothing. Biggest scam, all they want is your money. Be careful of unnecessary add ons and tests.
