TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware and do NOT order from this company. I have been waiting for over 5+ months for a small order of mine and it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have yet to have someone contact me and apologize. I'm starting to think this company is fraudulent but thankfully my designer assures me they order a lot from them. If I could give zero stars I would.
Klaff’s is by far the best home design store I’ve ever been to. They have wonderful selections of high end products to chose from no matter what you’re looking for whether it be outdoor lighting, tiles, vantities, kitchens, or bath. Their customer service is excellent and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really take the time to listen to your needs and work as hard as possible to meet your goals. I highly recommend Klaff’s to anyone and will surely be back again soon!
