He takes the time to listen, understand the situation, and make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s clear that he cares about his customers and their experience. I highly recommend working with Vince if you need a service advisor at Klaben Ford.
I recently had to have some service done at your service station. Normally it can be pretty stressful as a woman bringing a car in for repair. I'm not always confident that I will not be sold extra parts or have completely honest transactions. Vince in the service department explained everything I would need, and why I needed it. I really appreciated the extra time he took to make sure I had all my questions answered. I will be back for future service and repairs. Thank you!
