I recently made a purchase from Chris Moldas at the Klaben dealership in Kent, Ohio. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I received excellent customer service and I am enjoying my new vehicle!
One of the nicest dealer service centers in the area. Very nice waiting area and the service advisers are the most helpful. Especially Kim Wolfram, she takes great care with her customers. I would also like to complement the technician on the video walk around. Good clear pictures and explanations of what they saw and if there was an issue.
Great service, Joe French is as always very helpful, courteous and professional.
David Mitchell is awesome. Honest, kind and respectful.
