5 Star : My Experience Klaben did a very good job with the repair. But getting one of the parts was problematic for Klaben, and I believe the Ford Motor Company dropped the ball. Receipt of the least expensive damaged part was delayed for two weeks and was eventually placed on backorder. Klaben (to their credit) found another dealer who had the rear bumper sensor and was able to buy it and get it before the backorder item was available.
