Efficient, friendly and informative. I felt respected as a patient.
I think the wound care clinic is perhaps the most attentive to patient needs than any other place. I’ve been at St. Luke’s (I think I’ve gotten THE BEST care in every department!). I appreciate the time all the staff in wound care gives me. I am particularly grateful for Mr. Beld taking the time I needed, his not diminishing my feelings, his very clear and concise explanations and answers, as well as his helping me set up care for the next part of my journey. Thank you.
