They were across the street working and blocked my driveway and the whole side of the street the house they were servicing was not on. I asked him to please move from my driveway and not to block my mailbox. He did move but continued to park where he was still in front of my mailbox. I called and asked him to please move so I could have my mail delivered and he hung up on me. I had to call the police dept. He could have moved three feet or so to not block anything but refused.
