In our first phone conversation , Kevin explained his pricing, asked about what we wanted done and set up an appointment to give us an estimate. He was on time and was very professional. He explained what he would do and how he would do it. No pressure approach. We set a date, he showed up when he said he'd be here. His costs were competitive and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. He even discussed possible solutions for a drainage issue. We highly recommend him and plan to use his services again.
I first found KL on google and they didn't have any reviews, so I was hesitant to use them. However, after speaking with Kevin over the phone I was pleased with his demeanor and he quoted me a very fair price so I decided to take a risk and hire him. I'm really glad I took that chance so far. After the first mow I thought Kevin did a great job but he wasn't happy with himself.
