My home warranty sent out this company when my AC system went out. Worst experience ever! Kwadgo (spelling?) came out, spent 5 minutes looking at my system, replaced the capacitor and left. He did not check voltages, coolant level, pressures, nothing! This did not solve the issue - no surprise! I am here to tell you all to not deal with this company they are very dishonest he will lie to you and ignore your calls after the bad job is completed. He is a contractor For choice home warranty. We made a claim and they sent him pretty much had us pay 3600 for the job and choice paid 1700. This is for a new system and the coil was damaged we told him before he installed it but he installed a system that was damaged then told us to call choice. The heat in our house stopped working properly and K&L was sent out by Choice Home Warranty. They came to our house six times and did nothing except push a few buttons/switches on the furnace, clean some dust, and told us to keep it running so they could come back and check it for error codes. He did nothing further to diagnose the problem, and charged us $120 for the cleaning, which did not help.
