First of all Trust is the key word, from the very first interaction when we had an unforseen situation Theo came to pick our car very professional and assuring individual then later I went to KL Crash to see how our car was going and here is where I met Tony a great human being understands what you need and most importantly he listens to you. I told them there are 2 spots need to be repaired and asked for a quote. They said 300$ in 2 days. 2 days later they charged me 300$ with only 1 spot been repaired when I picked up my car. The boss rang me and they fixed it. I gave them 5 stars for willing to fix their mistake
I had an accident 3 weeks ago. Police called them. I didn’t had the money to take out my car out of their depo. The lady was calling arassing me about paying while I was on medications because of the crash. After paying a total of $1300 the truck driver couldn’t follow indications and left the keys of the car in a different address. Now I can’t have access to my car. Don’t recommend.
Spoke on the phone, first of all was asked if I knew the bloke (was an odd question) was then asked if I had called already (2nd odd question) then attempted to discuss my project which I was keen to have them look after (have had parts fixed for my partners car in the past) was cut off mid sentence and told they’re not interested, annoyed me a bit and seemed a little dis respectful, could’ve at least taken a min to discuss why they weren’t interested and or inspected the car before declining, could’ve been easy money, (need... read more
