Terrible law firm. Very bad at communication, we paid them for a service that they did not follow through with. Simply copy pasted to us advice that they found online about an entity structure that was not even related to what we had been discussing. I would avoid them if you want to avoid any legal trouble.
Strong Online presents via Mark Kohler, yet their service is horrible. Very unorganized organization, rarely response despite being a client. We found ourselves in multiple situations where we had to resolves issues between KKOS Lawyers and their "sister" accounting firm. They simply don't talk to each other! THERE IS A REASON WHY THE ONLY HAVE A VIEW REVIEWS... STAY AWAY
