1st call the receptionist was pleasant and seemed helpful. Assured me the estimator would contact me. 2 days, 5 days no call back and no answer when calling the office and leaving messages. A courtesy "We're too busy" or "We can't take the job" would have sufficed. They've been in business a long while so the work must be decent enough. This was for a smaller residential job so the slight is understandable but frustrating all the same.
