Absolutely wonderful people. Moved to Bartlesville from Tulsa and Chris and his team are amazing. Much better than any landlords I ever had in Tulsa. Less than a month after move in the heat sensor went out on the stove and we figured he would replace the part that went out but surprise to us Chris purchased a brand new Samsung smart things stove and had it installed. I've been renting for about a year and a half. No issues at all. In fact, when that tornado hit last year, everything was fixed within a few days. Last week, my AC went out on Thursday (Central) due to a storm. Friday, window units were put in. I came home Monday, it was fixed, turned on and I walked into a comfy place. Everyone I've had come was polite and thorough. I would highly recommend renting from KKA.
