I had my old White sewing machine tuned up. The gentleman who worked on it called me to tell me what he did even though it was written on the work order. It's a very heavy machine and when I took it home, the woman working loaded it in my car for me. Great service. Nice people.

Maybe just me, but over the last couple of months, folks behind the counter don't seem as happy to see customers as they usually were. This seems to be an afternoon thing vs a morning thing. Hope this is just me, or at worst - a temporary thing.

KK Sew and Vac’s customer service is terrific! My Kirby was repaired quickly and it’s working great again. I am so pleased and highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Repair techs really know their stuff. Kirby repaired in record time. Tune up was comprehensive. Tech found an issue I want aware of and resolved it. If left unresolved, it could have started sparking, started a carpet fire, and extensive damage to the the vacuum. While most repair places fix only what you indicated was wrong, this company does a thorough proactive review and repair as part of their started tuneup package. Prices are reasonable.
