This was our first time buying a house and our realtor Jim Simmons was a true blessing. He was everything you could have asked for in a realtor: knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly, and brutally honest. He helped us negotiate the price of our new home down by far more than I was even hoping or expecting. There were more than a few issues we ran into during the process of purchasing this difficult property, and those at KK Homes went above and beyond to help us make it to closing.
Kathleen and the entire KK Homes Team really hit it out of the park for us. Their plan for marketing our house, knowledge on all aspects of the market, and guidance through the entire process was phenomenal. Kathleen Kellet, Virginia Realtor, contacted our firm while representing the opposite party in a potential transaction. Ethically, this is disallowed without appropriate written communication that this correspondence is expected to occur. This led to a dishonest negative public review of a well respected professional firm representing the buyers.
