Paul did great work, fast and affordable. To the only bad review by Raymond. The owner of the small family business, Paul, unexpectedly passed away later that day on June 23rd. His wife/business partner was devastated and was forced to close the business.
Paul did great work, fast and affordable. To the only bad review by Raymond. The owner of the small family business, Paul, unexpectedly passed away later that day on June 23rd. His wife/business partner was devastated and was forced to close the business.
Hired them June 23 to replace an AC unit. They seemingly did the work fine and the AC works. They intimated to me several times that they'd pull a permit for this job - they didn't. It's October and they haven't returned calls or texts and I've been forced to pull the permit myself for a job I hired them for, making me liable to fix any problems with their install. Edit: the inspector passed review of their work, but I had to pay for the permit.
Paul is a great and attentive hvac expert. It’s aLeah’s great to work with a small family business as opposed to the big companies out there. Installed our a/c and regularly maintains our furnace as well.
Wonderful experience! I highly recommend Paul and his team. He was very honest to work with, gave me a affordable fair pricing, was professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend R& R home solutions to anyone looking to meet their heating and cooling needs.
