This is my second time using K&K Heating & Cooling and both service calls were handled promptly and professionally. K&K was willing to come to my house on a Saturday which is not their normal business hours to help me when I had no air. Carmen, Danny, Nate and the rest of the staff made it a pleasant and seamless experience. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services.
Very polite technicians that came to find out why my aircondioner was not working. Quickly found the issue and gave the solution. Appointment was made quickly also and K&K Heating and Air LLC have worked with my Insurrance to try and get it working again. Everyone has been nice and professional. Customer service is as a dying art but they still have it.
