My recent visit to have 3 teeth extracted went better than I anticipated. Dr. Kincaid was so great. I had concerns with the procedure and she listened carefully and explained the procedure indepth , then gave alternative options. When I asked to change directions of the original procedure she was flexible and went with the plan that I felt more comfortable with. Her calming mannerism kept me calm through the whole process!
Extremely friendly staff! Incredible facilities. Dr Kincaid has awesome chairside manner. Her discussion of problem and explanation of options is incredible.
In the past, going to the dentist was something I did not look forward to. That has changed. I appreciate Dr. Kinkaid's efficiency during procedures as well as her positive and caring demeanor. Her staff at K&K Dental is friendly and professional as well. Dr. Kincaid provides great care, takes time to inform, educate, answer my questions and gives me choices about my dental health. Thank you!
I lost a filling and they got me right in. The whole staff is amazing and Dr. Kincaid will walk you right through your procedure painless and to perfection.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Kincaid and her team!! I went in for a slight emergency and I swear these ladies are angels on earth. They were extremely patient with me (I have some severe anxiety) and they didn't make me feel like I was creating issues for them at all. On top of Dr. Kincaid being very sweet, she knew exactly what she was doing. So knowledgeable and it was cool to see and hear what they were doing.
