A Complete and Utter Nightmare. Avoid at All Costs. I wish I could give this place zero stars, but apparently, one star is the minimum for this level of incompetence. I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning and check-up online at 4:30 pm today. When I called this morning to confirm my appointment for the evening, I received a cold, unapologetic front desk lady saying my appointment had been canceled due to a "time conflicts" their last appointment is at 4 pm and she doesn't know why it let me book at 4:30 pm.
