This organization is acting unethically and irresponsibly. First, they charged me out-of-pocket for various items that other dentists do not charge. Then, they billed my secondary insurance for the same services -- even though I had already paid -- and assured me I would be reimbursed. I had a very upsetting experience with a front desk staff member named Priscilla. She was rude and dismissive, and she even admitted to intentionally treating me poorly. Her behavior reflects a serious lack of respect, professionalism, and confidence. This raises concerns about the company’s hiring practices, as she clearly does not treat patients with the respect and dignity they deserve. I strongly advise caution when choosing this clinic. I was able to stand up for myself, but others may not be as fortunate.
The care and customer service was exceptional! The dentist was kind, gentle, and informative. The hygienist was warm and pleasant. The office staff were welcoming and educational about upcoming treatments.
