Dealt with Karen when purchasing a property that she managed. She acted like we were the biggest waste of time. Was completely rude and told us we could pick up the keys and tenant information during her business hours. We closed on a Tuesday and her next open business day was friday. When she finally got the keys for us (we had to go to her office for them, she did not bring them to the closing) she handed me at least 20 keys. I bought a duplex. 2 time renter. Both penny and Karen are also very professional and very helpful if I ever needed anything. I had a refrigerator go out and penny had a new one brought out to my house within 24 hours. I would highly recommend them and will continue to rent from them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Rented from there for a year, never had a problem. Penny always calls/texts me back asap. Definitely recommend to anyone.
