Absolutely first class service! I have used KJS 3 or 4 times now, mostly for small jobs such as an oil change / service or to fit an aftermarket product. This time around I asked Jess and Jamie to change a transmission for me. I'd been holding off on this because I've been screwed around by mechanics for years over this transmission, and it had cost me over 7K to date. Honest and patient people. You can always learn something about cars from them. Didn't realise how hard the mechanic trade is before. Initially I asked for a quote about my oil leak but they asked me to bring my car there because they can't be sure about the leak until they look at it. I thought it was the rocker cover first. But it turned out having multiple problems including a leaking powersteering line. Lucky they found it or I would be in for a new steering rack.
How bloody rude of you to block me on Facebook all I asked for is a quote on seeing what power steering hose was leaking and I got my cv boot and shaft fixed elsewhere due to your lack of communication. Your wife is pretty rude and up herself.
I recently took my car in for service and was very happy with the experience. The shop is owned by a lovely couple who provided excellent service. They were professional, friendly, and took great care of my car. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place for car maintenance.
Booked in for 9am RWC, arrived to gates closed & was informed by neighbouring business that he was sick last night & probably won’t be coming in. Doesn’t hurt to call appointments to let them know not going to be in. Didn’t answer phone.
