ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Kyle offered a very reasonable estimate having viewed the job, gave loads of information and suggestions for the best type of cylinder to replace the ancient one, and was happy to chat through the various options and offer advice. On the day, Kyle was prompt, kept disruption to a minimum, was happy to work around us when we needed to access the bathroom, and was very efficient and got the job done AND tidied afterwards! Kyle recently carried out plumbing repairs at our home in Calmore, Totton (SO40) and we couldn't be happier with the service. He quickly found the problem, explained everything and completed the work the same day. Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced throughout.
