Rent has increased almost $250 dollars in 3 years. This place is a scam and they don't even maintain the roads! There's no bathrooms or running water in the storm shelters. The never plow! They just go house to house and fine people for having anything other than lawn chairs in their yard. So if you want to pay $700/month to be harassed constantly, this is the spot for you.
Have lived her 3 years , love my neighbors, kept cleaned up, but keep raising rent , if it goes higher we will move , Also the new park missing swings ???
My family has lived in this trailer park since the 70's and while the park had it's issues when it was owned by Kjellberg's, it's NOTHING compared to how bad things are now since the new owners took over. In the last 3 months alone, they have shut off our water at least TEN times and every time they shut off our water, we have issues that THEY cause and refuse to fix. The water isn't even safe for drinking and it smells terrible, yet they installed water meters. They have raised the rent more times than I can count. I'm a PC... read more
