The constant raising of lot rent, the constant water issues, the manner in how people are treated...to say it needs improvement, is the understatement of the year. Sad thing is...had we not lost our farm... we'd never have been here. Rent has increased almost $250 dollars in 3 years. This place is a scam and they don't even maintain the roads! There's no bathrooms or running water in the storm shelters. The never plow! They just go house to house and fine people for having anything other than lawn chairs in their yard. So if you want to pay $700/month to be harassed constantly, this is the spot for you.
Have lived her 3 years , love my neighbors, kept cleaned up, but keep raising rent , if it goes higher we will move , Also the new park missing swings ???
