Pros - Nicer than most trailer courts around the area. Quiet. Neighbors generally all keep to themselves, but friendly. Cons - Lot rent is steep at $695/mo. They have everyone on well water still instead of tying into city lines. The water is allegedly safe to drink as is, but it is very hard-water and smells horrible. The water pipes are old and break EVERY spring/summer, resulting in near constant water shut-offs ALL warm season.

If I could give this a place ZERO stars I would. If you are looking for a home. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PARK AND ANYTHING THEY OWN. Very greedy people that own the park yet they barely do anything to fix things.”Managers” of the park are rude and don’t do anything either. The park has to have Culligan water delivered because the water isn’t clean. They also want to fly a drone all around the park to invade people’s privacy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PARK!!!!

The constant raising of lot rent, the constant water issues, the manner in how people are treated...to say it needs improvement, is the understatement of the year. Sad thing is...had we not lost our farm... we'd never have been here. I've been here since the previous and original owners, my family has been here since my childhood (I'll be 49 this year) we had a great relationship with the previous owners...friendly and willing to work with ya on things.
