UPDATED SEPT. 29, 2025 My family has lived in Monticello since the 70's and we have lived in this trailer park since 1980 when it was owned and run by Kent Kjellberg. I grew up in this town, I grew up in this park and it's disgraceful how this place is being run. I am a PCA for my elderly father who is a diabetic, has a heart condition and lives on a limited fixed income and our lot rent has nearly doubled in the few short years that it has been owned by The Meadows. The constant raising of lot rent, the constant water issues, the manner in how people are treated...to say it needs improvement, is the understatement of the year. Sad thing is...had we not lost our farm... we'd never have been here. I've been here since the previous and original owners, my family has been here since my childhood (I'll be 49 this year) we had a great relationship with the previous owners...friendly and willing to work with ya on things. Rent has increased almost $250 dollars in 3 years. This place is a scam and they don't even maintain the roads! There's no bathrooms or running water in the storm shelters. The never plow! They just go house to house and fine people for having anything other than lawn chairs in their yard. So if you want to pay $700/month to be harassed constantly, this is the spot for you.

Have lived her 3 years , love my neighbors, kept cleaned up, but keep raising rent , if it goes higher we will move , Also the new park missing swings ???
