The constant raising of lot rent, the constant water issues, the manner in how people are treated...to say it needs improvement, is the understatement of the year. Sad thing is...had we not lost our farm... we'd never have been here. UPDATED SEPT. 29, 2025 My family has lived in Monticello since the 70's and we have lived in this trailer park since 1980 when it was owned and run by Kent Kjellberg. I grew up in this town, I grew up in this park and it's disgraceful how this place is being run. I am a PCA for my elderly father who is a diabetic, has a heart condition and lives on a limited fixed income and our lot rent has nearly doubled in the few short years that it has been owned by The Meadows.
