I have been living at Parkside for the past 10 years. For the most part it’s been an amazing experience. Management has always been so professional maintenance is always been repaired in the timely manner. My problem is that my husband and myself for 57 years old eats. My husband came home from work. Hi, We appreciate the management at the Center Pkwy location, especially Ana and the maintenance crew. Ana has been very kind, understanding and is always readily available to answer questions and provide answers and solutions. Update: they still have not paid their invoices for security service. I provided, all the information they requested, invoices, over 800 reports with pictures to prove we were on property. We have called and emailed to follow up and now we are being ghosted. This is approx 16k in past due payments. Please pay your bill! We provided the service, we stopped servicing at their request, and we demand payment. They do not pay their vendors! Local business owners here.
