He said the burners are bad without investigating and that there was rust building. This he said he based on the tuning his technician had provided for a sum of $180 and it took his technician less than 10 mins to perform. The technician was trained by the owner. This customer hired a handyman to install 2 Trane furnaces. These furnaces are 4 years old (NOT 2 years old) and were oversized, which creates operating problems over time. This customer contacted us to say one of her furnaces was not heating properly. ************** found that only one burner was igniting and fixed the problem by tuning the furnace. ***** agreed to have our tech tune the other furnace at the same time.
