My representative was awesome, he was so patient yet so knowledgeable.
Not all third Party IT companies are equal. KJ is a step above. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. What really stood out for me was the service I received from Muhammad. He had to trouble shoot an issue that lasted more than a day. He was good enough to take ownership and problem shoot the issue from the beginning to the end. Other companies I have worked with would hand it off to a colleague and inevitably, I would have to explain the issue to the new associate and start all overt again.
