Tom Kitt did an excellent job. I was surprised at how efficiently he finished the job. The barn is a 24x36 foot 2-3 story building. He was finished within a week and was able to work around the horses without a problem. I know that he has many skills and look forward to calling on him again for future projects.

Tom at KJ Renovations, LLC. was absolutely fantastic to work with. He remodeled the basement of our 1890 home. Tom gave great recommendations on the space, materials and future use. His attention to detail was the highlight of the project and making sure we were happy with the work step by step. Tom came highly recommended and we have recommended him to a few others since our project was complete. We will definitely be calling him for our next project.

Tom helped seal in, insulate and weatherize a rehabilitated 3-season porch. He was thorough, had great ideas, and was meticulous at carrying them out. He works very economically, and I hardly knew he was here. He goes about his job with great diligence and even would help me with an odd task here and there that needed to be done around the house. I am intending to use him for a much bigger job, and would heartily recommend him to anyone,

We hired Tom to renovate our basement which included demolition, some new wall framing, drywall walls/ ceiling, new lighting, and flooring. Tom was very easy to work with. He was thorough and helpful in the planning phase, and in the execution phase he was meticulous, reliable, timely, and clean. We would definitely recommend him, and would hire him again for future projects.
