If I could give zero stars for my nail service I would. The nail tech didn’t want to listen to my concerns at all. I tried to voice what I wanted and needed for my nails, and he cut me off to tell me he wasn’t done yet. He wanted me to wait till he finished then he will fix it if it wasn’t right. That to me is crazy. If I have a problem with the thickness of the acrylic then why wait till the nail is done to try and fix it? That was insane. Mixed experience at KJ Nail Spa. The pedicure was great, the gentleman who did it was kind, meticulous, and friendly, and I’d go back for that alone. The full set was a totally different story. Son did my nails and seemed annoyed to be servicing me from the start. I asked a question about shape and he ignored me. When I said I didn’t want them squared, he tossed down a shape chart without a word. I asked for oval and he looked annoyed and laughed with the tech next to him. I’ve decided to give a review because I’ve been going there for a while and I KNOW how I’ve been treated and how others tell me they have felt as well. Tony does my nails or anything else I need but THESE PEOPLE talk so BAD about US AFRICAN AMERICANS when we walk in there. They use their language to do it.
