I went Saturday on March 28,2025. They did a ok job. They pedicure is the worst. They did a rush job. Three days after getting my nails done one of my nails broke. Went back on April 02,2025. To get my nail fix they had the worst attitude like they did not care and did not try to help me to find the color I used. My daughter had appointment April 05,2025. I cancelled I work to hard for my money to get mistreated like I did at K&J nails in Smithfield NC. Recommend you do not got there.

I love the 'Eyebrow Waxing' service! They do an amazing job, and I feel fabulous every time. Their massage chairs are wonderfully comfortable and relaxing. I enjoy the pedicure services they offer. My feet and legs look and feel great.

Had an appointment for me and my daughter waited over an hour we finally get sat 10 minutes later another lady walks in is immediately sat and started on right beside me! I ask why she was started after I had been waiting and im told because she had an appointment with the specific lady who was supposed to be starting my nails. Horrible!I will never come back or encourage anyone else to come here!

I've been coming here for at least 2 yrs + and even tho a little minor problems I've let it go but this time I went yesterday and got nails done and woke up this morning to a few of them peeling. I'm so pissed!
